I haven’t had a lot of time to update this blog of late. For that, I apologize. But the good news is that I haven’t been goofing off. I’ve been writing and publishing, and very soon now, that work will bear fruit. So what have I been working on? Well, I’ve been putting together a collection of six Steampunk short stories. And for #WriterWednesday, I’m going to give you a sneak peek at the beautiful Designed By Starla cover! [click to continue…]

Last week’s cover reveal went so well, I thought I’d do another one. Unfortunately, I don’t write fast enough to get another book ready for a cover reveal in a week. Lucky for me, Lauren was able to help me out by having a book ready to reveal. And I’m going to help her out by revealing the cover of her book! [click to continue…]

Today I get to be part of a momentous event that has been years in the making. If you’ve paid attention on this blog, you’ll know that I’m a big supporter of the Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences from Tee Morris and Philippa Ballantine. I’ve done reviews on Phoenix Rising and The Janus Affair, the two released novels for the Ministry, and I’ve even written, performed, and produced an episode for the Ministry’s podcast Tales from the Archives. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to post about the Ministry Initiative, the Kickstarter project to raise funding for a tabletop Role Playing Game based on the Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences. Part of the Kickstarter was The Ministry Protocol, an anthology of short stories written by authors carefully selected by Tee and Pip. And that is what we’re talking about today… [click to continue…]
