Welcome back, folks. This week we have a long and rambly podcast named Small Steps. Go figure. We’re back to Philosophy this week, looking at how to deal with big projects by breaking them down into smaller pieces. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a lot of prep work done, so this has turned out to be a long, rough, and rambly podcast.
This week we’re featuring a promo for Gaia’s Voyages from Broken Sea Audio.
Be sure to check out The Lighter Mom Project, and pick up Scott Roche’s Music Box at Smashwords.
Enjoy the show. See you next week!

My podcasting debut happened back in July of 2010, with a writing credit. On July 17th, the Every Photo Tells… podcast dropped their 24th episode, featuring a story I wrote entitled The Gift. It is the story of an old woman visiting her first love, despite her husband of over 20 years. Or is it? I guess you’ll just have to listen and find out…
If you like this story, please go to the Every Photo Tells… site and sample some of the other stories. Or better yet, go to Podiobooks.com and subscribe to the Volume 1 collection of stories from the podcast.

If you haven’t heard of Pip Ballantine and Tee Morris‘ Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences novel Phoenix Rising, you’ve been missing out! If you have heard of it, you probably noticed this post, where Tee reveals to the world the cover of Phoenix Rising, which is due out in May of 2011 from Harper Voyager. I’m sure Pip has a similar article on her website, but unfortunately, it is blocked from where I am at the moment.
I’ve been waiting eagerly for this book to come out, having heard bits and pieces of it from Tee and Pip (Tease!). Everything I’ve heard indicates that this will be a great book. If you want to learn more about the book and the series, check out the Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences website.
Make plans to buy this book in May! (Why can’t I just skip ahead to Balticon 45?)
