    • Tech problems continue. It has sucked away a lot of my time.

    • Back into better eating habits. Also noticing some of the ways that my appetites are changing. I am finding that I am satisfied with less food for breakfast and dinner.
    • This weekend has been just packed. The only reason I have been able to get the podcast out as fast as I have is by doing a lot of pre-planning.
    • Lessons learned. Plan ahead. The structure will help you keep with your program. But leave enough flexibility that the structure supports you and doesn’t straightjacket you.
